at the patio bar,, um um maybe too many, and am still in the recovery process. What is it about drunk sex? Drunk sex is one of life's greatest pleasures. Inhibitions are loosened to the point of trying things unheard of in your sober life. I admit I had a few too many over the holiday weekend and ended up as a passenger(of course) in the car with my FFH(firefighter husband) with my panties on my face
My God, I am one hot babe I was thinking to myself. I couldn't tell, yell, scream to him enough how delicious my panties were as I breathed in their heavenly essence. Proceeded of course to put them on my FFHs head as he drove, as he frantically tried to tear his zipper down.
I won't go into any further detail, as I don't want to shock sensitive ears, but let me tell you, he HAD to pull the car over, the panties did it, OK and maybe my skirt hiked up to my bra, and the hidden toys in the glove compartment,

OK, onto my cooking issues..
This is a quick Tortellini Salad in Herb-Garlic Dressing. Very tasty, very simple.
I like to buy the tri-colored cheese tortellini because its pretty. So, cook your tortellini in some salted boiling water, until tender but firm. We have discussed the issue of firmness before, I am a lover of firm.
Drain your torts in cold water, and place in bowl in fridge to cool a bit. Make your dressing.. Beat your meat, I mean, red vinegar with oil till well-mixed, add your garlic, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over tortellini.
Begin by getting about 8 Oreos and break up into pieces. Set aside.
Preheat your oven to 350. Cream your butter and sugars until well combined. Add your egg and vanilla and mix well. Place your flour, baking soda, and salt into a large bowl, stir to combine. Slowly add the dry to the wet, wet to the dry, what is the difference any one know, anyone?
Stir gently. Now stir in the goodness,
By the Kids and by the FFH!
Thanks again, WC for a fantastic cookie!

ReplyDeleteOh, peach martini. Oh.. Mmmm. Oh! Nothing plain about tortellini salad - it's one of those things were the ingredients shine. And tortellini lasts .05 seconds in this house. having leftovers is a challenge. And oreo cookies - cannot keep oreo cookies in the house. Do you know they eat them with peanut butter? The cookies look scrumptious. As always.
ReplyDeleteSex or food... alternate the posts! I start wanting to complement you on your recipe, and end up thinking something else altogether!

ReplyDeleteGood luck on the garage sale!
The key to good drunk sex is to make sure one of you is drunk - not the man. If he's too drunk, Mr. Johnson gets lazy. I remember the day I learned how warm and fuzzy and horny liquor could make me.
ReplyDeleteGreat salad. I am such a tortellini fiend. I love your cookies too. It's a cookie in a cookie!
Double Yum!!! I've been wanting to try these cookies, they still look awesome :)
