We've had a few rainy, chilly days here in the Garden State this past week, so I decided to make Beef Stew.
This is my MOST favorite beef stew, it is truly wonderful, freezes well, and so damn tasty! I adapted this recipe slightly from The Americas Test Kitchen Family Cookbook. B
