  7. wow—i’m super-impressed by the precision with which those bars were able to be cut! when imake similar treats, they’re usually so crumbly and messy, and i like how yours are holding up! great cookies, too, especially for the black forest cake lover in me. :)

  8. Hi Donna! Thanks for stopping by.

I have an absolute weakness for sweets, so I think it goes without saying how I already LOVE your blog. I don't know how I didn't discover it earlier.
You should check out these bars to die for: http://veryculinary.com/_blog/2009/07/22/praline-crunch-bars/

  26. Your prolific posting is beyond impressive, but it is a little weird to not have any dirty talk.

Perhaps I should supply some kind of innuendo about how as I type this, I'm looking at the link to my blog and I'm seeing a big sausage!

Those strawberry cookies look amazing. Ever sub out a different nut or jam? I'd have to sub out a different nut if I made them because I'm a tad allergic to walnuts (just a tingle in the mouth - no anaphalaxys).

I love the cherry ones too though. It's a nice surprise in the middle.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Pass me some of both, will ya? Looks delicious. A late morning snack or pre-lunch treat. Yum!!

    ReplyDelete
  44. I doubt you want to hear what is on my mind today. I am angry with you. I am tired and I want to go to sleep but these cookies are calling me to go into the kitchen and make them. That is simply unfair.

If that is not bad enough, there is your brownie cake, I want to make and the oreo cake and pear cake and the one with the peanut butter icing. I refuse to look anywhere else on this blog.

You are one dangerous lady in more ways than one.

You don't hold a grudge do you? I'll let you know how they go over. I have company coming and they will do the taste test. On that note, thanks for so much good stuff.

    ReplyDelete
