I tell you. I'm wanting tile backsplash for Christmas. Gotta find some new BJ tricks for that one.
Anyway, I have a fantastic giveaway for you at the end of this post. From Old Bay Seasoning!!
I have been cooking very quick and easy dishes this week, not even taking too many photos, just too hectic still. And to top it off, my laptop crashed along with all my stored food photos, so I have nothing left saved as I type in on my new laptop. Bear with my burdened soul, will ya.
OK, Let's get down to business with this quickie cheater weekday breakfast. Blueberry Sour Cream Coffeecake. Gather these ingredients
Preheat your oven to 375. Grease an 8 or 9 inch round pan. One guess which size I chose. DUH!Grab the blueberries out of the mix, rinse and drain them, and combine with some blueberry preserves. Set aside in a small bowl.
Now combine your muffin mix, sour cream, milk and egg in a medium bowl. Stir until ingredients are moistened. Spread half of batter in pan. Spread half of blueberry mixture on top of that.

Spread remaining batter over blueberry layer and finish with remaining fruit layer on top, avoiding edges. Sprinkle with the enclosed streusel. Bake for 25-35 minutes(depending on size of pan) or until golden.

For your glaze, combine confectioners sugar and water. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over your hot coffeecake.

Simple

and certainly delicious.
Look how

yummy it looks

Yeah, so it starts with a mix.. bite me.

I'm the girl next door

Again, please excuse my lighting, haven't gotten to unpacking the light box yet.. and dont know the best times/areas to shoot. I'll get there, I'm a determined little witch.
