Homemade Baileys Irish Cream and Pecan Squares

Homemade Baileys Irish Cream Pecan Squares OK, so my girlfriend, Thank You Michelle, gave me this homemade bottle of Baileys Irish Cream over the holiday. Well, lemme tell ya, not only was it yummy, it was knock your CLOTHES (literally) off good! I immediately coerced her into giving me the recipe. Don't worry the coercion only involved slight sadomasochistic enjoyable tendencies. Simple to make, but the real fun CUMS after making it. I decided to have a girlie day and Come together, I mean, make Baileys GET together. My 4 open legged,I mean, open minded friends(all girls) and I. We tried making the Bailey's 3 ways. With all this, then we tried making it with all this. The we had to compare it to this. Sampling along the way. Then we tried making it with both of them together. Together won. We had such fun with this.It turned into a rip roaring good time starting from simple hellos, to tales of BJ tricks, to tickling each others toes, to measuring the size of our bellybuttons, to guessing the size of the our fruits by feel, to the pass around the panties contest. What type of pass around the panty contest.. OK just force me to tell ya, best scented panties win. OK, force me again, this was also followed by a taste test, what kind of taste test, let your imagination wander, whydontcha. One of my favorite things ever, yep! I think women have a real knack for tasting each others, ya know, homemade goodies. MMM, MMM Good. Of course, anyway, what happens between the girlfriends when you make Homemade Bailey's together, stays between the girlfriends when you make and drink Homemade Bailey's together. Don't get mad fellow Bailey girlchickfriends, you'll be thanking me tonight after your hubsters read this post. If they want a show, you know my number, I am here. Ready for action. YOU must provide the batteries this time. Slurp. Wink.Anyhow for New Years Gifts this year, I made up some bottles of Homemade Bailey's. And some trays of Pecan Squares. Let's begin with the Homemade Bailey's. Gather together these ingredients. Now, you can use all this, all this or a combo of both. The Irish whiskey is most strong, the Canadian less than. I find I like a combo the two. Blend all the ingredients together in a Blender till smooth. Then chill. CHILL. It is BEST CHILLED!!!!!! Pour into a fancy pretty labeled bottle and give away as a gift, or share with your spouse/partner for a night of unforgettably long deliciously horny hot sex. HOT, no holds barred, HOT go there baby type sex. This homemade Bailey's remains good for one month. It should not last that long in your household. Should NOT! Don't wanna know if it does.

To go along with this delicious gift, I chose one more delicious treat, Pecan Squares from my friend Rosie. You must all know her by now. If not, go say hi. Fantastic blog, she posts nearly every day, always something great cooking. These are phenomenally delicious!!

Begin by making the base. Work together your flour, powdered sugar and chilled, sliced butter till crumbly. Using this trick I learned from Rosie, spread the dough evenly into a 9 X 13 pan. I use this trick all the time now, rather than petting, I mean patting, where is my filthy mind, things together into a pan, it works so wonderfully, and such an even bottom crust it makes. Now bake this crust for 15 min at 350..

For the filling, gather these. Beat the egg a little in the bowl, and add the condensed milk and vanilla. Then mix in the pecans and toffee bits. Pour this deliciousness over the prepared crust. Spread out evenly. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. , OR UNTIL GOLDEN, I think I let mine go a few too long. Let cool and then chill the suckers. They are beyond good. They are sinful. Quite addictive. I will be adding these to my Christmas tray next year. I love them, wonderful, wonderful taste!! Another keeper, Rosie.

Just a side note, I have been getting some emails about where my recipes are, so if you are reading me via a reader, you have to visit my blog to get the recipe, they are at the bottom of my posts on the key ingredient cards.

  5. When I first read your post title I thought that the pecan bars would contain Baileys and I thought, "That's different".

I ceased to be disappointed that they were two different recipes when I saw just how good both recipes looked. I've never seen pecan bars with toffee in them. Serious yum!

If it's really going to knock my clothese off though, I probably wouldn't drink the Baileys in public.
