I'll begin with these Thick and Chewy Chocolate Chip Bars. I saw them originally on My Kitchen Cafe. Originally from Cook's Illustrated! What I love about this recipe is that you do not have to soften the butter, You melt it..
Start by gathering your goods, make sure to use meatloaf mix(pork, veal, meat)Mix them all together in a bowl. Do not over mix, stop as soon as the mixture pulls from the bowl.
Shape into a loaf and squirt a bunch of ketchup on top.
Rub it all over the meat. Saying that makes me horny.
Bake as per directions on my key ingredient card, and lookie..
